heyya peeps,
as i was working today, it hits me that u know, when we apply for a job, we hv to go for an interview...... yes that's fine enough..... becoz the objective of it is to see whether the person is what he or she claims to be what they r to be......
but along with the interview, i've also noted that it is also accompanied with a set of questionaire for the IQ test....... and that really is a stupid thing to do........ seriously.... .i mean, why do u hv to ask people or in fact test their IQ......... let's put it this way........ who really drives the company? is it the kuli batak (lower class employees) or the board of management?
furthermore, i think from my point of view, these set of IQ test is unnercessary........ so what if u know that the person u would like to hire is good at what he or she is doing, but then again, when they r doin their IQ question sets, they literally failed miserably........ so now, let me ask u this....... are u still gonna hire that person?
again i ask u this....... if u r having this conflict..... who should be blamed????..... is it the interviewer? or the one who sets the structure of the interview? maybe it is time that their IQ should be tested..... just to make sure that they know what is it that they would need to employ people........
not that i'm saying that i'm goin to get a new job or anything....... it is just that at times, it is a ridiculous.......the procedures i mean..........
haih..... nak kena audit ni..... baru betul the procedures........
as my atok sedara (tok bob) would say "stupid monkey"......hahahahaha
