officially moved in

yeap..... we hv now settled into our house........ wanna know y i said that.... look at the checlist as per below:

1. installed furnitures - complete
2. arranging furnitures - complete
3. sleep on the bed - complete
   
4. stock the fridge with stocks (junkies) - complete
5. mop and vacuum the floor/tiles - complete and on going
6. installed the curtains - complete
7. put our clothes into the cupboard - check
8. makan makan - complete

see, the last point i think is the most vital one i presume....... becoz that is where we can officially say that we hv moved into the premise....... we hv had some gatherings and also dinner and brunch........

on christmas day last year, my aunt got engaged.......... well, since this was a big family, my other aunt got engaged......... it was held at her sister's place and it was a simple yet very fun ceremony..........

so long story short..... my parents attended my sisters gala dinner (for the school i think) and won a lucky draw of hi tea for two at impiana KL........ so they dun want to go....... as a result, the newlyweds went there......... dun want to talk much....so enjoy the pix as per below.....ngeeeee

a simple gathering aka potluck bbq

the other day, me and sweetie and also some folks went for a simple bbq at a friend's place.... well technicall he's my bestman during my wedding reception..... so it's kindda potluck and we've decided to bring stew for the function and boy did tok bob suprised us....

we only ordered for 10 people and he gave us one big pot for it...... and to our suprise, the stew finished....it seems that everyone enjoyed it.....

and tell u peeps, i can't wait for the next potluck....

goin back to hometown for the first time after the wedding

the other day..... well, last year actually....me, sweetie and me family went back to hometown for the first time after our wedding ceremony......... we attended another wedding in muar and also a kenduri whom was held by angah.........

so during the evening, me and sweetie went for a jalan jalan at muar town just showing her around here and there..........

we went back to kl on the same nite and arrived about 1 in the morning..........

congrats to me relative aka lubna aka "auntie"

i would like to congratulate me relative, lubna who's indirectly my auntie....... we attended her wedding of one full car of 7.......... and we really enjoyed the ceremony......... to auntie, congrats on ur wedding......

hope it's not too late to wish u all a happy new year......... yes, the past week i was very bz......yeap, moving to a new place is no easy task.........trust me, it took me the whole of weekdays to install all items and all........

oh well, i guess it is the experience that counts.......... so, we had a little get together me and my close friends........ and we cut cake due to my buzzday..............

safely back in town

hey peeps......

after a week out of da country....me and sweetie are back in town........ yes with all the sunburns and also having our heat rashes and allergy, we will soon be moving to our new home and also goin back to work as per normal......

sigh.....

anyhow, we r thankful that we r safely back home....

since, me and sweetie........ well the whole family in fact was very bz with the wedding and all, we have neglected barb......... here, we would like to apologies to barb becoz we did not gave our TLC to her........ and now she's being acting very weird at home.......huhuhuhu

congrats to me cuzzie, nana (yes it is the other nana, and yeah i know that my family has lots of nana)............ she got engaged last saturday and in which i took the initiative to go and visit the ceremony..........

u know at times when they say that u look like ur uncle, ur cuzzie, ur relative, auntie and bla bla bla........... but then u really can't see the obvious resemblence of where it is........... then again, we might have found my sister's "twin".......... see the pix below:

just beware on da road

see........ just be careful when u peeps are on the road........ the pix below is a shot of my tyre in the tyre shop.....i was driving down thru LDP near tropicana city mall and out of sudden i know that i've hit something on the road......becoz obviously there was a sound...........

then the next thing i know that my car is pulling to the left...... and that's very awkward......... and when i was hitting some bumps on the road.... the ride was very rough.... so i decided to stopped by the road side and to my suprise that my tyre was getting flat by the seconds..........

hence, i've made my way to the nearest tyre shop and they pumped back the tyre and again the air is coming out very fast........ and they managed pulled out the "thing" that resulted the puncture...... and again i was suprised to found out the "thing" was actually was a key........ yes ur normal house key...... i guess it got stuck into the tyre and it broke......... sigh.....

alas, it cost me bout 10 bux to did some repairs on the damaged done....

cheating diet for once

yeah yeah....we know we know..... we hv tried so hard to keep track on our diet and once in a while we need to cheat it for once in a while.....well, it is more of for once actually.....

so, we have blabbering bout this burger Om to one of our friend Chau Jinn....... and it has been months since we had planned but it never worked out....alas, last friday, we managed to hv that session........

upon arrival, sweetie went to find a place for us to hang out.....bout 5 mins later, another friend of ours, JJ, arrived and he joined sweetie and did some catch ups....

mean while, me and Jinn, decided to go and did the orders....... and u should hv looked at Jinn's impression when he saw the burger being prepared..... easy to be said.... speechless.........hahahahaha......... he took some shots of it being made and also can't stop saying that it is way different than any other burgers that he had seen.........

and bout 15mins later, our burger was ready and when we asked Jinn, how was the burger when he was tasting it........his reaction was simple......shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh..........hahahahaha......... i guess he was so into it.......

oh well, he said that he will surely come back for the burger (like we all do)......hehehehehe
