a short melaka trip

it was during after friday prayers and i was in front of the lappie in the office, when my phone vibrated constantly to indicate that some one is calling me........so when i looked at it, it was mum trying to called me..........when i answered the phone, she said, fahmi, are u doing anything tonite or after work? and then i answered no..... niqi (my brother) wants to go back to kl......... and i was like......hmmmmm, another trip to melaka again......

but this time, at first, i wanna ajak sweetie, but then she's tight with something......so i asked my colleagues whether they are interested for ikan bakar? but then they too are tight with something....... as a result, i went to melaka alone........

during the trip felt quite sleepy so i blasted the radio and started to sing.....some how, it started to rain i wondered was it becoz of my singing that it rained......hmmmmmmm.....

it rained when i was singing my hearts out.........hehehehe

then it stopped raining when i stopped singing.......

arrived at melaka bout an hour and 15 mins later....basically took a slow drive.....when i've picked up my brother, we went straight to the famous ikan bakar in umbai pernu......it is on the out skirt of melaka town.....

when we've arrived there, it was almost time to break the fast, so we quickly ordered the food.....the food that we've ordered for the nite are:

sugar cane juice

fried tempura calamari nasi lemak
the nasi lemak is so simple
our siakap ikan bakar

but then, we were not satisfied with the prawns that we've ordered......basically i wanted it to be boiled prawns, tossed the wated so that when prawns came it is dry and that we can peel the skin and dip it with the cili padi lime juice sauce.....mmmmmmmmm.........but the prawns came as in sup serai udang....i was like shouting out in my heart la, but didn't wanna make a scene there.....so i said, nevermind, this will do...... so had to dig out the prawns in the soup, make it dry and then only i can dip it in the sauce........sigh.......

all and all, the food was nice la.........and we came back to kl with our tummies really tight and hard.....really full man i tell u........ if anymore were to come in, i think we had to "let go" some of it to make space and then we can consume......hahahahaha........

we made our trip back to kl bout 9ish and arrived at 1030........so it was a good trip actually to say coz i got to eat ikan bakar...yippie.....
