a visit to fireflies park

on saturday, me and sweetie met up and went for lunch at one utama........ we had subway sandwich for lunch..........later we went to a petronas stations which is near giant gombak that stinks so bad that we had to cover our nose whenever we opened the door, to meet a friend of mine, rahman..........the plan was for us to go to the fireflies park which is located in kampung kuantan in Kuala Selangor.............

there was 6 of us who went for this trip, it was me, sweetie, rahman, marzuki (rahman's photo team), mawar and also asma..........we took 2 cars to go the place, so it was rahman's green froggy and also my baby jazzy....... the journey took us bout nearly 2 hours to arrive.......and we got lost during the way.......however, we manage to find the place..........

we arrived there bout 6ish and the thing only opens bout 7ish........so whilst waiting for the place to open, rahman and marzuki who has their own photography company, took the pix around the area and also took the pix of 4 of us...........so we did not waste no time to camera whoring........hahahahaha........... yes we were posers like those in the tele........... we were being "normal" as how the photographers wants us to be.........i mean like, we are normal, how normal more we could be? hahahahaha..........if we were acting, then that is so hypocrite rite? hahahahaha.......no offence rahman..........

then when we waiting for the place to open, there was this one couple who was looking for a couple to go on board with them........becoz, one sampan can only occupied 5 people including the person who is paddling for us.......... one sampan basically costs rm40.......so it is up to you whether u wanna have the sampan all to ur self, or u wanna share..........

so rahman, marzuki, mawar and asma took one sampan, while me, sweetie and the other couple were in one sampan.........then later bout 750ish, the gate was opened and we were told to wear our life jackets which was very stinky.....oh well, nothing is perfect rite.......... so when we have worn our jackets, we onboard the sampan one by one............... and the pakcik started to paddle the sampan to the firefly place.......................

it was very hard working to paddle the sampan as a total of the weight of people in the sampan is more than 200kg........hmmmmm........ wonder what will happen if the sampan was off balance and we fall???? are there any crocies? hahahahaha.......luckily i only thought of this when we are safe home............ then the pakcik had to adjust us a bit here and there coz it was hard for him to control the sampan................ then about 100 meters from the jetty, we started to see the fireflies.........

they were so pretty and even looked like raya lights............. it is said that this is one of the 2 places in the world that u can see fireflies.........well, what a previlige it is to come here..........we aren't allowed to take photos with flash coz it will frighten the flies coz they are so sensitive to bright lights............ and they won't come out or even migrate for up to 2-3 weeks before coming back to the area............so even though we tried to snap some photos, it aint good coz the camera that i brought wasn't sensitive enough........but somehow, sweetie managed to capture one pix with the firefly in it..........kudos to sweetie.........we couldn't see the fireflies that much coz it was full moon.......haih.......but then, the pakcik said, luckily we came early, if it was later, there is less to see......hmmmmm........so kudos to us too......hahahaha

then the pakcik brought us closer to the mangrove trees to see nearer the fireflies...........the thing is, we are not allowed to catch the fireflies.........coz we do not know whether they are females or male........if it is a female, they are not able to come back to the nest if we squashed them and the eggs will be eaten by the ants..............but the pakcik said, that we are allowed to touch them........ so one or two fireflies came to our sampan and we manage to touch it.............it was cool........... in fact, i've realised that only our sampan got to do this whilst the rest only pass by the place........hehehehehe..........lucky us..........

so after like 5 mins of touching the fireflies, we went back to the jetty......... me and sweetie went back to the car and i changed my tshirt as it was very hot that day...........later when rahman and the rest came back, we went to eat seafood at kuala selangor............... we did some catchups and also cracking jokes and enjoyed our food..........except for the services rite guys..........sigh........

later went back home to send sweetie and arrived home bout 1ish and hit the sack at 2ish........what i can say is that, it is a good experience that we got to see this nature's offerings.......... =)

on friday, i went to work early........like really really early............i was at the office @ 530 in the morning.........the reason being is that i need to go off early from office.........so when i was driving to the office i was really like a crab.......going side ways.............but then again, i was really driving real slow.........

so when i've arrived office, i was the first person to arrived........and i was like making coffee and also checking my mails and 30 mins later, my momentum started.............then one by one people started to report in to work.............and went to lunch and prayer at 12ish and came back bout 2......... at 3 in the evening, i left work and dropped ron at WSD.............

i've arrived home bout 4 and took a rest.........later aunt julina called me and asked about my whereabouts........then i said i'm at home and she wants me to be there a.s.a.p.............ok, i drove to the hotel and she asked me to be the cameraman for the nite..........oh yeah, tonite, was the nite that aunt julina's husband's sister's reception.........fuhhhhhh, such a long one.............then, i had to drop to her place to see the condition of her cat.........and i was like as long as u fill up the tank, i can do it.........and she agreed..........hehehehehe..........

then once i'm back at the hotel, went to my designated room that aunt julina has booked for our family and changed..........later went down before the reception started.......the theme of the bride and groom was greenish and my sisters was being the flower gurls..........

the guest of "horror" (hahahahaha) was tan sri dato seri *something* junid...........he was one of those politician.............so the menu was nasi beriani...........and the wedding was quite smooth.........

the wedding ended at 11ish and aunt julina asked me to stay at the room that she has booked for me......and i was like i didn't bring spare clothes....... "doink" .................aaaaaaaaaaa.....maybe next time she can pay whenever i wanna stay at the hotel...........hahahahaha........

a bit outdated story

ok, i know that what am goin to tell is a bit outdated.....but who cares.....this is my blog....... dunno what's more pathetic, me writing this blog entry or u guys reading this blog and keeps on reading it and then make comments and bambu me......hmmmmmm... who ask u guys to read it and keep on continue reading it........u all decide la......hahahaha

last friday, after work, went to meet sweetie's friends edoni and her "bodyguard" and also JJ was there.........so at first wanted to go the Bubba Gump for dinner, however, there was a bit delay in which the kedai was full and if we want to wait for it, it will take us bout 45 mins or an hour to get a place......so edoni decided to try luck at TGIF, but then the thing is, it is the same outcome......so alas, we went to laundry a.k.a itallianies for dinner....... we ordered quite a lot, 2 chickens, a pizza and also spinach dip antichope or what ever...... the food was nice.....later we went to a cafe nearby because the place where we had our dinner was blasting our ears off....... we did some catchups till 1230ish and later check out the latest model from Perodua which is the Nautica......it is a bit pricey though for a car like that.....it could cost nearly 90k......hmmmm....better buy a jazz dun u think.....hahahahaha.....self promoting one's car......

then later, went back to send sweetie home and arrived home bout 2ish..........then, that's when it happened, out of sudden, tummy had this unease feeling and had to run to the washroom...........and it became worse...... it went pruut pruut pruut (ok this is so dramatic as i want to explain how it was) and noted that i had a dierrhea.......oh man.....that sux........

so off and on i went to the washroom throughout the nite......i think it was bout 5-6 times that i had to went to the washroom..............then the next morning, mum woke me up and ask me to drive be her cheaffuer to her office...... and then it struck me again that while at her office i need to go to do number 2......haih........

then we went to klcc as mum wanted to buy some stuff.......after did our shopping, mum said, what time is it? and i told her it was 1030ish......we walk pass KFC and out of sudden the smell was so tempting that we had to eat KFC for breakie.....hahahahahaha........ok, fyi, KFC KLCC has the most fresh chickens as the turnaround of the chicken is high as there are many customers there.............. so we both had the snack plate for breakie...............

after breakie, mum said to me that she wants to dye her hair and also cut it......and she asked me, u wanna cut ur hair or not? so i was thinking that it has been 4 weeks since i cut my hair and it is about time that i have one.....so went to her regular saloonist only i wish we could go to Agnes from Saw Hair Saloon in KLCC.....but then, no comments as she wants to give me a treat to cut my hair.................

during the haircut, tummy was making noises and i was like sh*t this is not happening..........was praying nothing worst could happen which it didn't..............fuhhhhh.....luckily..the shampoo gurl who did me really give it a hard scrub to the head which made me high and snooze off.....till i felt a tap on the shoulder that it was rinsing time.....hahahahahaha......... so had my hair cut shorter as it is.................then went back home bout 1ish and was doing some surfing and also watching some shows on the tele...........felt bit sleepy in the evening and took a nap......................

later at nite, went to fetch sweetie and then took ila from her place.............we were doing some catch ups, me, sweetie, ila and also marina..............so at first the plan was to go to Bora Asmara in Penchala, however, the place was booked for wedding.........after some brainstorming of where to go, i.e Kelana Seafood, Bubba Gump (again), Naili's and etc, ila suggested that we go to Izzi...........to our suprise there was a 50% off from all menu............... we ordered like 1 appetizers, 2 mains and also 2 desserts in which it was very very reasonable................

we had a good time cracking jokes and also marina introduced us to her new boyfriend, tom..........basically tom is a nice chap and also kindda quite......whatever it is pal, u managed to capture mary's heart.........hahahahaha

had to send sweetie back home early coz had an unease tummy........sorry sweetie..........went back home and was struggling to sleep due to a tummy ache..........finally managed to hit da sack bout 2ish...........

early next morning, had to wake up early......... as we want to make a day trip to hometown to see granny's best friend and also our family friend who was hospitalized due to high blood pressure........... it was 5 of us who went back to hometown....... me, mum, uncle mizat, aunt siti and granny were the ones that went for the trip............

arrived hometown bout 10ish and went straight to dad's sister's place to meet dad's mum.......... we spent bout an hour there and then went to nenek chu's place where she prepared lunch for us..........seriously, i was being investigate of why i haven't went back to hometown for such a long time....... 8 months in fact........hahahahaa......so the answer is always the same......bz bz bz....... but bz with what...........hmmmmmm........ la la la la........

went to see granny's friend bout 1ish and came back to kl bout 4ish and arrived KL bout 7ish.............then called sweetie and she was excited coz i could make it to a live stage show called Kam in Your Face...........basically, it is a comedy cabaret show which was being held at The Actor Studio in Bangsar Shopping Centre.........met Lyn and also her parents................we really enjoyed the show and had a good laugh............

and............. guess what, my dierrhea lasted for 5 days in which 2 days i had to work from home........sigh........ all and all, the past few days, i had ups and downs............ oh yeah, news flash, my aunt's hubby just bought a new car.......... deng............wanna know what car, click here............oh how i need a break from this hectic life.

seriously i am turning into one of those cyborgz........ few weeks before, i've lost my voice and sounded like a monster/robot.....this morning, when i woke up, i know something is not right.......... so i get up and tried to move my head only to realise that i was saying aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.................. last nite, i had trouble sleeping although that i was very very sleepy.............

i was tossing left and right because it was not that comfy last nite.........alas after like 30 mins tossing here and there, i finally manage to make myself to the lalaland......... with the most comfortable position that i could find............. not that i know off............. when i woke up, there was this pain around my neck that i made me move together parallel with my body..........

seriously i was like a robot walking straight like a pole............. hard for me to do stuff like shower, moving stuffs and even driving was tough.......deng~~~!!!!..............

arrived office and they guys were laughing at me saying that what happened to me is that i had sleep like a duck or more precisely like itik gantung or donald duck with the posture of my neck resting (so called) at an awkward position.............. so let's hope that this pain in me neck will bug off asap.........sigh.............

even hard for me to crack the neck bone where it is stiff............. :(

the "it" thing in town

Last nite, me and sweetie tried a new place at the curve....sweetie's boss recommended to go there as it is worth it........so why not we try a place of someone who is recommending it rite...............it is basically a new food chain store................the name of the restaurant is Bubba Gum Shrimp Co - Restaurant and Market.............the concept of the shop is like a dock beside the sea with it's zinc walls and also the piers like decoration..............just the only thing missing was the seagulls.....but i think we dun want that do we.............else, we will be eating with birds's sh*t and them stealing our food rite? soooooo, if the seagulls eat our food, does this mean that we get free the second round??? hehehehehe...........

the store is more or less like Chilli's, TGIF, Dome and etc...........but if compare it to the rest, i think it is worth it in terms of the price and also the portions that they serve..........just let's hope that they will keep it that way...........more or less, the store is taken from the movie Forrest Gump stared by none other than Tom Hanks...........u know the movie where he says, my name is forrest gump, people call me forrest gump..............if u dun remember, go to penang, buy those pirated dvds from them and watch it over again................so promoting illegal stuff here.....hahahahaha..............DvDs are expensive la.............

the unique thing bout the ordering system/waiter calling is by using the signage on the table which has 2 indication.............. one says "Run Forrest Run" with a blue background, which means u r not calling for services and the other is "Stop Forrest Stop" with a red background that means u r calling for services.........and i was saying to sweetie, "let's play a game in which we control the waiters using these signs"...........hahahahahaha...........this is so like controlling the waiters using the remote control...................... kah kah kah kah....

so back to our story, that nite, we ordered scampi.......basically it is pasta with shrimps and also Lemon Garlic sauce.......mmmmmmmmmmm.........nice........ but just one serving could make us satisfied.....so it is worth it to come here for a meal for two.............then later, we had desserts......... we had the something something caramel something ice cream on top...........yes, after we had that, we were stuffed with food..........so this is where u would say to people, what ever u do, no jokes, no poking and no jumping on tummy.........coz if u do that, then a "wind" with a smell will come out.......hahahahaha........... so to all, please do try this new place.........cheerz

a short trip to Rompin Pahang

it was 645 in the morning when mum woke me up and asked me to get ready..............today, we are attending a wedding at Felda Selancar which is located in Rompin Pahang..........but to get there, we have to use the Segamat road and use the trunk road to the place..........

it is basically my uncle's (cik jat) sister in law who is getting married........as uncle's wife's family sometimes attend our family functions if they are free, so it is time for us to pay their kindness....... today, 2 cars are going to the place.......... one is my dad's car driven by me (as dad is in JB for business trip) and also the other was driven by uncle shah.........seriously i said to myself that this is gonna be a very very tiring trip.............

so in one car, it was me, mum and also my sisters (najwa and najiha) and the other was uncle shah, aunt julina, granny and also my nenek uda........

so we kick off from KL bout 9 in the morning........... an 45 minutes later we stopped at seremban r&r to just buy a quick pau for a lite lite snack........we had beans pau......... so after 5 minutes of stoppage, we continue our journey and arrived at tangkak tol bout 1030ish......... after paying the tol, we continue our journey using the trunk road which was very very windy and also very slow...........this is caused by the trucks and also lorries not to forget those faggot drivers which have no sense of urgency.........so me and uncle shah were using our driving skills to over take any slow popes through out the journey.........suprisingly, there was one trailer which was having the same momentum as us.........as a result, we just tailed the trailer till the junction of the felda entrance..............we have noticed that from the toll to the felda entrance, it is 100km of using the trunk road.......yikes.........

throughout the journey, we spotted a few squashed dead animals..........then my sisters was asking what are those? so at first mum was playing a prank by saying it was an alligator.........hahahahaha...........and then sisters asked again and then i played a pranked on them by saying that it is a dragon........hehehehehe............ the thing that was squashed was basically an iguana...............sorry peeps, but then the iguana should know to look left and right before crossing the road..............so the morale of the story is, if u dun wanna be squashed like the iguana, look left and right before crossing the road.........hehehehehehe

we arrived at the place bout 12.........and uncle (cik jat) was was very suprised as why do we reached the place so fast in which he would normally take 4 hours to reach from gate to gate else we only did it in 3 hours.........hahahahahaha.............so that shows that we have to play skills in overtaking vehicles whilst using the trunk roads................

basically, it is a typical kampung wedding..........in which the food is being cooked by the host with the help of the village people............i kindda adore the muhibah-ness of the culture there..........even it was a humid day, but the environment of the wedding ensure that the duties tasked to the village people are being done smoothly....... there was like squad for the beverages, squad for the food and even the squad for the dishes..............

when we arrived, cik jat met us with his dad and mum in law........... then later he showed us the table which was reserved for us...........hehehehehe..........ain't we lucky to have cik jat there......he brought us the food and also the drinks............the food was a typical malay wedding food which was good as i haven't had a typical malay wedding food for quite some time.........i think the last one was for akbar's wedding................ seriously, we didn't look left and right while eating, just concentrating on the food as we are all hungry at that moment...........hahahahaha

then the groom arrived with the kompang accompanying the march............. seriously it was a very very hot day...............we were drinking lots of water..............we did some catchups with the host and later we were queueing up for the washroom as a result of drinking too much water.......hahahahaha.........

we said our goodbyes to the host and continue back our journey bout 2..............seriously, it was a very very challenging drive back for me and uncle shah............as all the passengers was sleeping due to their satisfaction of their lunch..........and also not to forget the coolness of the aircond in the car after staying too long outside in the humid conditions...........so we the drivers are suffering of concentrating on the road.............

on the way back, i saw some monkeys on the roadside and started to honk them..........and mum was like, "kenapa mi?" and i showed mum the monkeys.............and mum said, pity them not knowing why people are so jakun of honking them..........ouch~~~!!!!.............. then i said to mum, si u want to bring them back to KL? there are spaces on the back..........and mum replied "no tq" asap............hahahahahaha

we stopped for a break at melaka's r&r as the drivers need some freshen up............later, we've arrived in kl bout 530ish............upon arriving home, i quickly took a pillow and took a nap as it was a very very tiring drive for me.................sigh.......

movies nowadays

i dunno why nowadays, our local movies are not as it use to be........... i mean their storyline are so lame and we would know what would happen...........plus, we can really see these new generations they are really acting and not feeling the character............. seriously i respect the previous generations in acting their hearts out.............dun believe me, just watch the video down below.......... even though i have a phobia watching at the end of the movie..............hahahahaaha

ok, this morning, i woke up at 530ish......... took my shower, dressed up and off to work.........yes i am working on a public holiday coz some of the countries do not celebrate labour day as the same as we here in Malaysia...........they need me to ensure that their business could go smoothly.......... ok back to the story..............before i left the house i check the following:

2. Laptop - checked
3. Access card - checked
4. H/P charger - checked


so i guess everything is in the bag and off i go to work.......... not that i know off till i arrived at the office in which i've noticed that i forgot to bring my external hard disk..........DOINK!!!!!!.................aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa so stress...........cannot listen to musix that i want................ there goes my malay, english, chinese, japanese, hindi, tamil, traditional, arab, dangdut (gelek gelek), rock, pop, house, hip hop and etc to name a few of songs that i listen too..............


i drove like a crab swaying from left to right to work today and arrived at 630ish.............seriously i was very sleepy...........so to entertain myself today, i am listening over and over and over again to the musix that is available in my blog.............. i can't wait to go home....................cheerioz peeps.........
