the "it" thing in town

Last nite, me and sweetie tried a new place at the curve....sweetie's boss recommended to go there as it is worth it........so why not we try a place of someone who is recommending it rite...............it is basically a new food chain store................the name of the restaurant is Bubba Gum Shrimp Co - Restaurant and Market.............the concept of the shop is like a dock beside the sea with it's zinc walls and also the piers like decoration..............just the only thing missing was the seagulls.....but i think we dun want that do we.............else, we will be eating with birds's sh*t and them stealing our food rite? soooooo, if the seagulls eat our food, does this mean that we get free the second round??? hehehehehe...........

the store is more or less like Chilli's, TGIF, Dome and etc...........but if compare it to the rest, i think it is worth it in terms of the price and also the portions that they serve..........just let's hope that they will keep it that way...........more or less, the store is taken from the movie Forrest Gump stared by none other than Tom Hanks...........u know the movie where he says, my name is forrest gump, people call me forrest gump..............if u dun remember, go to penang, buy those pirated dvds from them and watch it over again................so promoting illegal stuff here.....hahahahaha..............DvDs are expensive la.............

the unique thing bout the ordering system/waiter calling is by using the signage on the table which has 2 indication.............. one says "Run Forrest Run" with a blue background, which means u r not calling for services and the other is "Stop Forrest Stop" with a red background that means u r calling for services.........and i was saying to sweetie, "let's play a game in which we control the waiters using these signs"...........hahahahahaha...........this is so like controlling the waiters using the remote control...................... kah kah kah kah....

so back to our story, that nite, we ordered scampi.......basically it is pasta with shrimps and also Lemon Garlic sauce.......mmmmmmmmmmm.........nice........ but just one serving could make us satisfied.....so it is worth it to come here for a meal for two.............then later, we had desserts......... we had the something something caramel something ice cream on top...........yes, after we had that, we were stuffed with food..........so this is where u would say to people, what ever u do, no jokes, no poking and no jumping on tummy.........coz if u do that, then a "wind" with a smell will come out.......hahahahaha........... so to all, please do try this new place.........cheerz
