trip down south (part 1)

yes, finally, this year i am taking a break after a hardworking and also non-stop of just work work work............. plus, among my colleagues, i am the only soul there that hasn't taken a leave yet...........kudos to me.....ya ya i know, self praise is no praise.......but hey, if others dun praise u, then who is gonna praise u rite.......hehehehehe.......

ok ok, lemme start.......on friday, bout 8ish, i started jazzy's engine and was driving heading south........ bout 9ish, i left the sungai besi tol and hit the highway at a constant speed of 110-120km/h as there is no rush for me to arrive and plus there are so many dato's under the fly over.........damn those dato'.........wish a lorry or a bus accidentally losses their control and hit those dato'.........hahahahaha.......... i mean what is da point of u buyin a thousands of dollars worth of car and u can't push it to its limits..................so my advise is that whenever u see a flyover, just slow down........coz dato' likes to relax under the flyover with his kerusi malas.............

ok, back to da story, was driving constantly and made a stop at seremban r&r to tapau breakie......... and to my suprise there are so many country.com people made stops at the r&r......... this is because they do not respect the public necessity and also others.......... plus they are so childish i should say............of course it is not good to talk bout others, but the fact of the matter is that is the truth and the truth hurts..........ok, so tapau chicken pau, chocolate and peanut butter waffle and also lemon and pepper corn in a cup.......yerp, i know that the order is a lot......but hey, haven't had breakie and it is 10ish already............

so continued the journey and arrived at jb bout 1ish.........but then, upon arrival, it was raining cats and dogs.......couldn't even see the road and had to drive really slow........... then we went straight to the famous mee rebus tulang in johor as recommended by ron who's native is JB.......before i went for the trip also, i've asked him for famous spots and also asked him to draw maps for directions..........but then again, urs truly have forgotten to bring the map along during the trip (sorry ron)..........hahahahaha..........luckily i know johor roads a bit here and there and also recalled some of the directions that ron had shown me earlier.............

arrived at the ZZ corner (as it is called) after some guidance from the concierge at Hyatt.....hahahaha....... and straight away order the mee rebus tulang and also the laksa johor........the laksa johor is so so coz the gravy is very thin as it was suppose to be thick, but then the mee rebus is very very sinful yet very very induldging.........hehehehe.......... ate till the tummy are really really stuffed.........fuhhhh........... then continued the journey to the hotel @ puteri pacific in the middle of JB town............ got the room faced the city..........cooled off and also settle down at the room and relaxed for a while whilst watching the SG tv channel......yes yes, we are so jakun of seeing the SG tv......hahahaha.........but it ain't that great as we have Astro @ home.......jeng jeng jeng..........hehehehehe...........


bout 6ish washed up and took shower, and went out to explore JB's offering to the tourist...... didn't want to go to the museum or what so ever coz back in KL there are a lot of those dy.......... so drove through the straights view which was beside the cosway and a view of singapore.........i don't know why but since i was at a young age, i really like the straghts view........... so after some rounds in JB, went to the clock tower to have dinner.........had tahu bakar and also rojak buah.......... it was ok la the food......... was really really full...........and had otak otak also.........so u can just imagine how full it was the tummy had to take........

and that wasn't the end........ was so tempting to have the bandung soda as the original sirap bandung uses soda instead of water........... arrived at the place called anjung wariisan coz the place that we are having meals are on top of a tree.......... yes, for those who wanted to feel how monkeys eat on the tree, do come here..........hahahahaha.........kidding............the place is nice, with retro musix and also we are eating on the floor with tables that are as high as our waist............. but then, what frustrates is that they have no more bandung soda...........sigh......... just as they always say, if u want it to be right, u have to make it urself................

the next thing that was on the agenda was heading towards danga bay........yes it is famous for its teluk danga-ness....hahahahaha......... it is suppose to be the "it" thing in JB........so decided to give a visit to the "it" thing in JB..........


it was quite cool the place, got theme park and also shows while u r having ur meal.........it is very romantic yet fun the place..........hmmmmmmm..........couldn't stop the excitement to go on the rides..............


decided to go on the air bicycle (for those who are afraid of heights, i urge u not to go on this ride), the small train ride which brings u around the theme park and also the swaying ship........... luckily got the hu ha people on the ride.......so we were making jokes while riding the ride and screaming our hearts out..........hahahahaha.........

went back to the hotel and slept early coz tomorrow gonna have a very very hectic day ahead..........
