luckily that the organ that was infected was the bladder.........we were quite shock actually to hear that tok arun (my granduncle) was diagnose with the symptom........this is becoz, before this he never showed any sign of sickness or pain in him........but then when we got to know we were really suprised and felt sorry for him........
tok arun and me are really close even though that he is just a granduncle to me........this is becoz, when i was a toddler, i used to stay at his place and also his wife (tok chu, well the nick "tok" is also used for ladies in johor) use to take care of me when my parents was starting their life in search of stability............. so my parents will travel back and forth from muar to jb just to see me in muar while they are working in muar...........
since i was small till about 10 years old, i called tok arun "abah" and also tok chu "mak"........this is becoz they were like parents to me when i was small in which they really treat me like their own child......... i really own a lot to tok arun and tok chu for all their help in looking the naughty brat in me when i was small.......... hehehehehe........
ok back to the story, the doctor suggested to remove the infected organ which is the bladder and the intestine will be routed to the side of the tummy in which they will make a hole where it is attached to a sealed bag.......... so instead of it going downwards, it is gonna be routed to the side......the doctor said that once he has recovered he can do his activities like normal............
arrived at the hospital about 630ish and waited for tok arun to come down from the ward becoz the operating theatre is on the ground floor............ the operation is gonna take about 16 hours and the doctor said that the urology operation thearter is book for the whole day just for his operation.......so when tok arun came out from the lift, everyone was accompany tok arun except for me coz i can't take the pressure of seeing tok arun like this coz he's someone who is really close to me..........then i gave a peck to him on the cheek and told him that everything is gonna be alrite.......... just to give him support that he needs........ eventhough it is him that needs to do it by himself after the surgery to recover.........
so went to work after that and as usual the routine, work, lunch, work and go home.......... on the way back home, on jalan kuching to be exact, i got a phone call from mum.........she said that the tok arun is out from the operation theatre bout 3ish........and i said this can't be rite........the operation is suppose to be 16 hours not 7 hours..........then mum said that tok arun has complications in either his heart or his kidney..............this is also a shock to doctors that is making the surgery to him becoz before this, the checkup went normal and everything was ok, but then during the surgery, his heart beat dropped and they have to diagnose him once his is awake which will be tomorrow morning...........
apparently, there are 2 holes in his body that they are just sewing it up that they made for the surgery.......the doctor said that if it his kidney, they will flush all the fluids in it and continue back the surgery about 3-4 days later....... but then if it is heart is being blocked, he will have to undergo a heart bypass which will be this saturday........but we we wouldn't till later............the last resort the doctor said is to do kymotheraphy in which we all know the consequences of that.........
i hope that my granduncle will get well soon as he is one of the closes person to me and also i hope that the surgery will go well...............
