today is granny's birthday..........so decided to throw her a family gathering and also just a simple makan makan and the traditional birthday cake cutting session.........
was suppose to crash in at PwC's KSP dinner, but then dad went to alor setar, the sisters sleeps at granny's during the weekend and also niqi is in malacca having his quizzes........... so decided not to crash in the party coz no one is to teman mum when late at nite coz the incident last monday is still fresh in everyone's mind............. sorry sweetie and peeps, really wanted to go there, but then things happens that we couldn't avoid it......maybe next time k...........
arrived at granny's place bout 830ish..........the food was ready on the table...........i guess granny's maids help to set it up...... there were a lot of foods i.e. fried rice, fried noodles, sate, lontong (yes, we are johorean) and also pulut kuning......... as for desserts we had pudding.......
the most saddest birthday for granny i think would be last 2 years when granddad passed away 2 days before her birthday........decided that year that we wouldn't celebrate granny's birthday......though during the nite, granny wept coz she remembers grandpa........so we the whole family try to calm her down..........but then, granny overcomes it and decided that life has to move on............yet she still remembers grandpa all the time...........
