hmmmmmm, dunno bout u peeps, but then have u guys ever encountered that some people they pretend that they are modern or following the trend, but some how they are not........
i mean no harms or what so ever, it is just that somehow, our culture is still being stuck in the era in which is gud for 2-3 decades ago, but now if we still use the same concept we will be stagnent and not improving the quality of life or catching up as par with others............
ok, for an example, last time, when it is still in zaman tok kaduk or zaman pak pandir or what so ever, it is parents that made the arrangements for their kids marriage.......basically, they will find a very decent person to be married to their kids and from there they will have their own kids and grandchild and what so ever........ok, everything seems perfect, but then, is it the person that u r going to be married to in which ur parents are arranging it for u, r u going to be happy with the choice or r u just being a hypocrite in front of ur parents???? and when they are gone i mean the parents, and anything happen to u and ur partner of ur family's choice, who is gonna suffer? it is u who is gonna suffer of the consequences.......... it is better for u to live with someone who u know that who's gonna take care of u in the future, and make u happy and the ones that who accept u for who u are............. this is much more better and positive than having someone in ur life who u know that u can't give the same response as of those u adore.........
u see, it is from these types of mistakes that we learnt and we excel in life and we grow up from it........ some how, i believe that in life, u have ur own rights to choose ur decision and it is acceptable to see ones point of view from others but the final decision is made by u, and later on, if anything happens, u won't blame others except urself...... u shouldn't be influence by others says becoz who r they to be KPC about ur life........ there are limits that others should respect of ur privacy....... and if we were to told them directly to their face, they will be very suprise becoz they are so not use to accept these kinds of comments......... yet i must say, although they say that they admit they are modern or to say that they are in par with the city life, but from my point of view, they are still people who are country.com (kg.com) minded who just can't accept the fact that people nowadays don't like to be KPC like they do in years before time........we have grown up and have learnt the lessons that u guys have faced before us, and we dun wanna do that coz it is a troublesome for us........... just that these people who are reluctant to change......sigh....
somehow, we asians especially, need to wake up and smell the coffee and also grow up if we wanna compete with others.......yes, i know that all the culture thingy is a lesson that we've brought from generations to another generations.........but the most important thing from my point of view, to change the culture it is hard coz it has been pass on from generations to generations.........but, for us to make a small change, we just take the good values from the culture and we put it in our lives, if we decided that we dun want to follow the culture...........
