what's on the menu chef??

i dunno bout u guys..........but there is a problem when it comes to choose the type of food......... i mean yeah, food is important to us........but then again rite, it is that we kind of lack in terms of varieties........i am not saying that i am not thankful of what i have, but then come on people let's create some creativity in our meals.......

it is either chicken, fish, duck (for some) and lamb....... it is mainly that these types of dishes that we eat all the time........ ok ok, we do have alternatives whereby they made it into Satay, sandwiches, burgers and so on.....but again, how many days we can go on with it.........i mean i ain't gonna go with biawak panggang, otak monyet, snakes (like in the indiana jones movie) and so on........so out of my league the menu........uwek uwek.......

brought up this topic becoz we normally will face this problem when it is lunch hours, dinners, going out on a date and for those who are cooking, it is normally that they wouldn't have a clue, ideas or alternative of what to cook for dishes........just imagine this, if u r the "cook" in the house (either male or female), u will face this difficulties in which u r trying to keep intrest of those who are living in the same roof to consume of what u have prepared........

this is a confession that i've heard from in the radios and also from personal experience...... if this is the case, let us all become a vegetarian so that we can eat different types of vegetables everyday.......switching it from day to day till we go green........hehehehehe........ or another alternative is let's be a baby again......... let us all drink milk all day...... nonetheless, our bones will be very healthy.....hehehehe

so i challenge u chef wan, gordon ramsay, jamie oliver, anthony bourdain and so on.......bring on something unique so that we have more appreciation on what is on the table..........

the book is there as a guidance, but cooking is an art that is full of "expression"
